Our Chemicals business, which supports many different industries with metal-based compounds, has been supplying many different chemicals. We supply chemicals that meet the needs of many different industries, including chemicals for use in optical/precision instruments, electronics, ceramics, petrochemical catalysis, healthcare, battery materials, and more. Moreover, in recent years, we have been putting a particular focus on development of products that are sensitive to technological innovations and meet the needs of society, by pursuing development of technologies that facilitate transition to carbon neutrality, such as technologies for improving resource efficiency, recycling, or waste reduction.
“NIHON KAGAKU SANGYO Technical Report” has been newly established and A High-Quality Surface Treatment Agent “Nickel Sulfamate” has been posted.
Development of PFAS-Free Electroless Composite Plating to Replace PTFE Composite Plating
Cupric Oxide DC Which Uses 100% Recycled Copper Has Obtained UL 2809 Validation

We produce a variety of inorganic metal products that meet the diverse needs of our customers, from ceramics to electronics. We are particularly focused on expanding applications in cutting-edge technologies. For this reason, we make full use of the particle control technology we have cultivated over many years of experience, and strive to not only provide products of stable quality that meet customer requests, but also develop new products.
We have a long history in the development of organometallic compounds, having produced naphthenic acid and 2-ethylhexanoic acid, the first metal soaps in Japan, in 1953. Our metal acetylacetone complex “Nacem" is used as a crosslinking agent and coating agent for plastics. Our metal soaps are used as drying agents for paints and printing inks, resin curing agents, organic synthesis catalysts, and metal oxide thin film coating agents.
We are working on the development of 1various saline solutions, brighteners and 1alloy plating processes to support a wide 1range of surface treatments.
We also handle various chemicals such as our own phenols.
