Initiatives on Quality

Chemicals Business

As a manufacturer of industrial chemicals, Nihon Kagaku Sangyo Co., Ltd. delivers products for applications in a wide range of spheres of industry. In line with its policy of “providing quality to gain the trust of all of our customers,” the Chemicals Division accepts wide ranging requests from its customers and promotes quality activities to deliver satisfactory products. As one of its quality-related initiatives, Nihon Kagaku Sangyo Co., Ltd. acquired international Quality Management System standard “ISO 9002” accreditation on December 8, 1997 through the examining body JCQA. After transition to “ISO 9001,” the Chemicals Division continued its quality activities with the registered scope expanded to cover all products and all chemical-related entities. With the Quality Management System established by acquisition of ISO accreditation as the foundation, we aim to realize company-wide quality improvements.

Quality Policy

As a manufacturer of industrial chemicals, Nihon Kagaku Sangyo Co., Ltd. delivers products for applications in a wide range of spheres of industry. In line with its policy of “providing quality to win the trust of all of its customers,” the Chemicals Division accepts wide ranging requests from customers and promotes the quality activities listed below to deliver products that satisfy.
  1. We maintain a quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness through the implementation of internal quality audits.
  2. We gain a precise understanding and realization of requirements through communication with our customers.
  3. We abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and other legal requirements.
  4. We set and assess the level of achievement of the quality goals below with consideration given to focal issues.
  • Elimination of losses resulting from errors and complaints
  • Maintenance and improvement of product quality
  • Promotion of development and sales of new products and cultivation of new users
  • Improvements in equipment maintenance
  • Improvements in personnel skills
  • Improvements in the level of control of chemical substances and chemical substances in products to eliminate risks.

Building Materials Business

As a manufacturer of housing-related metal products and heat exchangers for control boards, the Building Materials Division supplies a comprehensive range of products to housing and machine tool manufacturers.
With “Striving for the improvement and stability of quality to supply products that will satisfy and win the trust of our customers” as its basic policy, the Building Materials Division promotes quality activities based on a precise understanding of customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
As one of its quality-related initiatives, Nihon Kagaku Sangyo Co., Ltd. acquired international Quality Management System standard “ISO 9002” accreditation on October 18, 1999 through the examining body JCQA. After transition to “ISO 9001,” the division continues its business activities with the scope of registration now expanded to include the Building Materials Division and the Building Materials Sales Departments of the Osaka and Nagoya Branches. With the Quality Management System established by acquisition of ISO accreditation as the foundation, we aim to realize company-wide quality improvements.

Quality Policy

The Building Materials Division of Nihon Kagaku Sangyo Co., Ltd. has its base in an exclusive industrial zone in the city of Soka in Saitama Prefecture, where it pursues the manufacture and sale of building material products and heat exchangers to realize more comfortable, and safe residential environments.
With “Striving for the improvement and stability of quality to supply products that will satisfy and win the trust of our customers” as our basic policy, we promote the quality activities listed below.
  1. We endeavor to realize continuous improvements by building a quality system which is regularly reviewed to maintain its effectiveness and suitability.
  2. With the focus on communication with our customers, we ensure the quality of our products and services based on customers’ perspectives.
