(Tin-cobalt alloy plating method)

● A plating bath for use in forming a thin coating for decorativeness, color fastness, and corrosion resistance
• The color tone is novel, sublime, which is peculiar to alloy plating.
• The bath stability is good, and the color tone is stable.
• Throwing power is considerably great, and extremely low current parts can be thrown uniformly.
• The operation can be carried out at a temperature at which the control is easy, and the static and rotating plating can be carried out at the same composition.
• Since agents used are pollution-free, malodorous and harmful gas cannot be produced.
• Since the bath is not corrosive, the installation and operation can be carried out easily.
• The plating solution can be supplied independently, and the bath condition can be clearly shown by the analytic control system.

PYLOALLOY SN process
(Tin-nickel alloy plating method)
